Before Boot Camp at 216 pounds.  Calculated ideal body weight is 160 pounds.  Conservative goal weight is 180 pounds.

10 weeks later and 23 pounds lighter.  Lost 3 percent body fat.  Lost 5-1/2 inches in abdominal girth.
