Beginning of boot camp at 198 pounds and 20.8 percent body fat August 6, 2008.  Age 27.  Calculated ideal body weight is 154 pounds.  High school weight 170 pounds.  Conservative goal weight in 10 weeks at 169 pounds and 15 percent body fat.



                          Before at 198 pounds.



    September 17, 2008  6 weeks later and 25 pounds lighter!



10 weeks later (October 17, 2008) at 171 pounds and 16.4 percent body fat.  Also ran the 2008 Portland Marathon for the first time!



October 17, 2008 at 171 pounds.  Total weight loss is 27 pounds!  Only 1.5 pounds off target weight!
