"I started off this program overweight eating and drinking highly processed food and drink. Now I eat fruits and vegetables and nothing cooked. I lost weight and feel great! At start of boot camp 07-28-08
4 weeks later and 16 pounds lighter! Still has 6 weeks of boot camp left.
Boot Camp graduation at the 10th week and 22 pounds lighter (half of this weight was fat)! Chris also lost 3.5 inches of abdominal girth.
