2004 2009 Dr. Donato is a physical therapist and chiropractor with a strong emphasis in natural health practice. He has been a raw fooder since 2004. He started teaching the Dolphin's Healthy Boot Camp January 2006. He teaches the 11-week intensive natural health, raw food nutrition and lifestyle course 3 times a year. Dr. Donato initially went on the raw vegan lifestyle by following the Hallelujah Diet in September 2004. Prior to following the Hallelujah Diet, he was suffering from bouts of vertigo on and off for two years. Taking medications did nothing to cure the vertigo. Within 4 months on the Hallelujah Diet, the symptoms of vertigo completely disappeared. He started hiking and running because of the vibrant energy and improved health. He has hiked Mt. Whitney (14,497 ft) every year since the fall of 2004. He also ran the Rock-N-Roll Half Marathon in San Jose, CA in 2006. Then in the fall of 2007 and 2008 he ran the Portland Marathon in Portland, OR. As a tribute and testament to superior health, he plans to either hike Mt. Whitney or run a marathon every year. Dr. Donato teaches Dolphin's Natural Health and Raw Food Lifestyle Program in Dolphin's Healthy Boot Camp, a totally structured 85-100 percent raw vegan vegetarian lifestyle. Following a totally raw vegan vegetarian diet since July 2007 has given him new insights into natural cures for chronic degenerative diseases, sports performance and maximal vibrant health. Studying the field of natural health and combining them with the raw food lifestyle and clinical studies, he continues to update Dolphin's Healthy Boot Camp with the most current information and application to natural healthy living.

Bonnie Patterson is a physical therapist and also an experienced organic gardener. She has a gift in cultivating health to the soil and growing abundant produce in her backyard garden. She brings to us the necessary knowledge and information to be successful in growing our own organic produce to support the raw vegan lifestyle. Bonnie is a boot camp graduate and a Dolpin guest faculty. She is teaching the Organic Gardening section of Dolphin's Healthy Boot Camp. Here's what Bonnie has to say about her background: "My career is physical therapy but gardening is my therapy. My first gardening experience was when I was about 8 or 9 years old and my folks allowed me to plant a row of carrots in their garden. I still remember the wonderful sweet taste of those freshly harvested carrots and I was hooked on gardening. My gardening experience blossomed at our little horse ranch in California with its nice long growing season and plenty of manure to enrich the soil next to our wet weather creek. Those earlier years I planted only in the spring but now I am expanding into fall and winter gardening. I am not a formally trained master gardener but I do study and read as much as I can about organic techniques. I've been eating a high raw diet since 2008 and am thrilled that you are also going with me on the road to better health and wellness. I am looking forward to meeting you. Welcome to our garden!"
