7.  Raw food nutrition for high performance sports.

8.  How to disease-proof your family.

9.  How to locate and use information for natural remedies and cures.

10.  How to reset your body's metabolism.

11.  What common types of lab tests are necessary to monitor your health.

12.  The most effective exercises that matter most for your health, not just for physical fitness and athletic performance.

13.  How to identify poisonous plants and locate edible wild plants (greens) for food or medicinal purposes.  Learn how to eat for free in the outdoors or in the wild.  A great survival tool! 

14.  The wide array of educational resources in the libraries, bookstores and internet.

15.  How to live in youthful, vibrant health and longevity following God's ultimate design for us.

16.  How to find true rest, inner peace and happiness in this vibrant raw food lifestyle.

Each 2-hour class per week for 10 weeks will include lectures by Dr. Donato with multimedia visual presentation, lecture notes, food samples, food demonstrations.  Food samples not available to Skype students. 

Amy Donato, PT is Dolphin's Raw Food Prep instructor.  She is a talented and gifted raw gourmet food chef.   She coordinates and organizes the Dolphin's Healthy Boot Camp food sampling.

Toni Biggington, Herbologist and Horticulturist is instructor for the Herbal Medicine, Wild Edibles and Sprouting.

Bonnie Patterson, PT is Dolphin's Organic Grower instructor.  She is a talented, gifted, and experienced organic gardener. 

 
Pre/Post Health Screens:
