DOLPHIN'S NATURAL HEALTH AND RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE

A natural health and raw food lifestyle consultation is beneficial to those who want to follow a structured balanced program in the raw food lifestyle in order to achieve maximal outcomes in health.  Choose 1 of 2 options below for consultations:

  • Initial Phone Consultation ($290) 
  • Initial Office Consultation ($360)
  • Follow Up Visit - phone appointment or office visit ($105)

The natural health and raw food lifestyle consultations are not covered by health insurance plans.  Note:  Some health plans will cover laboratory tests. 


PAYMENT FORMS (Natural Health and Raw Food Lifestyle):

Accepted Payment Form:  cash, check or major credit card (Visa, MC).  Phone consultations - only major credit card payment accepted. 


OPTION 1:  Phone Initial Consultation (2 Appointments):  $290

The format of this consultation closely resembles an in-clinic visit at the Dolphin.  The physical examination (see outline below) can be done at your family physician's office.  The laboratory tests can either be ordered by your physician or ordered by Dolphin Health & Education. 

First Appointment (60 minutes): 

Part 1 History and Interview - health history, health challenges, lifestyle, nutritional analysis

Part 2 Physical Examination (client can obtain from family physician):  Client is responsible for additional fees incurred. 

1.  Vitals (Blood pressure, Heart Rate, Temperature, Respiration

2.  Height and Weight (Body Mass Index)

3.  Body Fat Analysis (Bioelectrical Impedance Test)

4.  Abdominal Girth

5.  Abdominal Pinch Test

Part 3 Tests ordered (client can obtain from family physician or ordered by Dolphin Health & Education). Client is responsible for additional fees incurred.

1.  Fasting Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (blood test) + phosphorus

2.  Fasting CBC (complete blood count) with Microscopic Differential

3.  Fasting Urine Analysis with Microscopic Differential (includes pH)

4.  Urine Calcium

5.  Vit D3 (VID25)

6.  Vit B12 (Urine MMA and Serum)

7.  C-Reactive Protein (CRP-High Sensitivity)

8.  Thyroid Panel (TSH, T4, T3, FTI)

9.  Liver Panel

10.  Coronary Risk Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL)

11.  Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR)

12.  Serum Uric Acid


Second Appointment (60 minutes):

1.  Report of Findings and Discussion.  Lab results are reviewed.  Nutritional status is discussed (including deficiency and toxicity).  Structure and function is discussed from a holistic health, diet and lifestyle perspective.

2.  Plan and Recommendation.  Health preventative education and recommended plan of action is provided at this time.  Client is educated in the following highlights of the natural health and raw food lifestyle as listed below.  A hard copy of the discussion and plan will be sent to client via email or regular postal mail:

A. Dietary:  raw vegan meal plan and schedule

B. Lifestyle:  exercise, water, sunshine, fresh air, emotions, stress, addictions and spirituality 

C. Nutritional supplements

D. Herbal remedies

OPTION 2:  Initial Office Visit (2 Appointments):  $360

This is a direct office consultation that is divided into 2 appointments.  The first appointment is for the history and interview (information gathering).  The second appointment is for reports of findings (analysis), clinical discussion, plan and recommendation.

First Appointment (60 Minutes) includes:

Part 1 History and Interview:  Health history, current health challenges, lifestyle, nutritional analysis

Part 2 Physical Examination:

1. Vitals (BP, HR, Temp, Resp)

2. Height and Weight (Body Mass Index)

3. Body Fat Analysis (Bioelectrical Impedance Test)

4. Abdominal Girth

5. Abdominal Pinch Test

6. Fasting Urine pH (qualitative)

7. Fasting Saliva pH (qualitative)

8. Digital Photo (Front and Side View)

Part 3 Tests ordered (client responsible for fees incurred):  Choose 1 or 2 below:

1. Complete Blood Profile $75:  Includes CBC with Diff, comprehensive metabolic profile, liver, thyroid and coronary risk profile.  Urinalysis, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 is ordered separately with additional cost.

2. CBC with Diff, Comprehensive Metabolic Profile + phosphorus, Liver, Thyroid, Iron, CRP (high sensitivity), Coronary Risk Profile, Hgb A1C, Vit D3, Vit B12 (urine MMA and serum), Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), Serum Uric Acid, Urinalysis with Microscopic Diff, and urine calcium.  If this option is chosen, some health plans will pay for this.  For those without health insurance, a very affordable nationwide laboratory service is available but only on a cash/credit card payment payable at the time of service.


Second Appointment (60 Minutes):
