Gerson Institute - World-renowned nutritional therapy developed by Dr. Max Gerson, MD for reversing chronic degenerative diseases (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and so forth).  Worth investigating!  Dr. Donato has seen first hand the Gerson Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico.  Many cancer patients have reversed and recovered under the care of a Gerson-trained physician.  Dr. Donato is currently in Module 2 to become a Gerson-trained physician.

Hallelujah Acres - This site has over 200 hours of information in living a natural and healthy lifestyle.  Hallelujah Acres teaches the 85 percent raw/15 percent cooked vegan vegetarian lifestye. There is also a Forum for questions and answers.

Raw Family - This site provides details of a very experienced world-renowned raw food family and answers the questions why and how they became raw fooders.  The site also provides educational materials available for learning the raw lifestyle.

Harmony Hikes - This is Sergei Boutenko's website.  He is a world-class expert in wild edibles.  He is an instructor in the Get Healthy Boot Camp and Get Healthy Web Camp teaching the Wild Edibles section.

FoodNSport - This site provides excellent nutritional information for sports enthusiasts and athletes.  Dr. Doug Graham has trained athletes in raw food nutrition for ultimate fuel and high performance.

Ashland Food Co-op - This is the best place in Southern Oregon to buy your organic produce.  There is a deli in the store, which serves excellent raw and cooked organic specialty foods.  There is a good salad bar as well.   

Sherm's Food 4 Less - The health food/organic produce section in this store is the best in Medford, Oregon.  This is where you get your case of 9 fresh young coconuts from Thailand.

Shop-N-Kart - This grocery store in Ashland, Oregon is the place to buy cheaper local organic produce.  This is also the place to get raw dried seaweeds or nori.

Salon Avalon - This is a fabulous hair care center that Dr. Donato goes to for his hair cut.  This salon provides excellent service.  The owner is Sonnie who is a Dolphin boot camp graduate.
