Dolphin Health & Education, a subdivision of Dolphin Chiropractic & Orthopedic Physical Therapy Center, LLC, is a health, wellness and lifestyle center. Dolphin has been in service in Medford, Oregon since 2001.

To access physical therapy services, a physician’s referral (MD, DO, FNP, PA, DDS) is usually required for most insurance health plans, except BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.  For cash payments, no physicain referral is required.

Chiropractic health, nutrition, diet & lifestyle education services are direct access.  No physician referral is required.  Only cash, check or credit card payments are accepted.
