Dolphin Health & Education is a 1300 sq. ft. health, wellness and lifestyle center. Dolphin has been in service in Medford, Oregon since 2001. Within the center is a health screening room, examining and treatment room, class room, education center and health food store.

To access physical therapy services, a physician’s referral (MD, DO, FNP, PA, DDS) is usually required for most insurance health plans, except BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.  For cash payments, no physicain referral is required.  No physician referral is required for chiropractic services and for diet & lifestyle education.
